분당서울대학교병원 호흡기내과는 의료진들의 풍부한 경험과 탄탄한 연구기반을 바탕으로 폐, 기관지, 흉막, 종격동 등 호흡기계에 발생하는 각종 질환에 대한 집중 치료를 담당하고 있습니다. 특히 체계적 추적 관찰 시스템을 이용하여 폐암의 조기진단에 힘쓰고 있으며 다제내성 폐결핵,만성기도질환, 간질성폐질환 등 난치성폐질환의 특성화된 맞춤치료를 위해 교수들이 직접 시술함으로서 호흡기질환 진료의 선두에 서고 있습니다.
초음파 기관지내시경은 연평균 800건 이상 시행되어 왔으며, 2009년 도입 이후 2023년까지 누적 8000례를 달성했습니다. 매년 기관지내시경은 연평균 2000건 이상 시행되고 있으며, Electromagnetic Navigation for Bronchoscopy(ENB), Radial EBUS, 인터벤션, 이물제거술, Medical thoracoscopy 등의 치료 특수 기관지내시경은 매년 300례 이상의 성과를 보여주고 있습니다. Rigid Bronchoscopy을 이용한 기관 및 기관지 질환의 시술을 통한 치료를 활성화하고 있으며, 도입 이래 200여건 이상 시행되었습니다. (연평균 40건 정도)
경피적 확장 기관절개술은 기관지내시경 유도 하에 절개부위를 확인하는 방식의 시술로써 최소한의 절개와 단축된 소요시간으로도 안전한 시술을 가능하게 해줍니다. 본 과에서는 연간 약 100 여건 정도 시행하고 있으며, 중환자실에서 신속하게 시행하여 환자와 보호자의 편의를 최대화 하고자 하였습니다.

The Department of Pulmonology at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital specializes in evidence treatment of respiratory system conditions involving the lungs, bronchi, pleura, mediastinum, etc. by our team of very experienced healthcare providers. In particular, we strive for early diagnosis of lung cancer by using a systematic monitoring system. Furthermore, our healthcare professionals serve at the forefront by directly providing specialized and individualized care for intractable pulmonary diseases, such as multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, chronic respiratory diseases, and interstitial lung disease.
On average, we performed more than 800 cases of Endobronchial ultrasound(EBUS) each year. Since its introduction in 2009, the cumulative total number of EBUS has reached 8,000 in 2023. There have been more than 2,000 cases of routine bronchoscopy performed on average each year. Each year, more than 300 therapeutic bronchoscopies, such as electromagnetic navigation for bronchoscopy (ENB), radial EBUS, interventional bronchoscopy, foreign body removal, and medical thoracoscopy, are conducted. Notably, we are promoting the treatment of tracheal and bronchial diseases using rigid bronchoscopy, and to date, more than 200 cases have been performed since its introduction (approximately 40 cases on average each year.)
PDT is a procedure in which the incision site is identified with the guidance of a bronchoscope. This optimizes an incision, making it safer and more efficient. Our department performs approximately 100 PDTs each year. We maximize the comfort of our patients and their guardians by performing the procedure swiftly in the intensive care unit.
