For elderly patients suffering from composite problems, a team dedicated to geriatric medical services consisting of specialists from the Department of Internal Medicine, neurology department, neuropsychiatry department and rehabilitation medicine department and nurses specializing in elderly care, pharmacists, social welfare workers, and physical therapists is performing differentiated diagnoses and treatments suitable for the characteristics and situations of individual patients.

Comprehensive geriatric assessment
This center developed comprehensive assessment tools including items such as physical functions like visual acuity, auditory acuity, etc., nutrition states, cognitive functions, depression, evaluation of daily life ability, risk of fall and social support, etc.. Aside from elderly patients visiting outpatient clinics, those who are hospitalized are continuously assessed, and the results are being reflected on treatments.

A ward specializing in elderly care is being operated wherein treatment policies are determined by a medical service team specializing in elderly care and consisting of doctors from the geriatrics medicine department, Department of Internal Medicine for heart, neurology department, neuropsychiatry department, rehabilitation medicine department, and urology department and nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, and social welfare workers through periodic meetings.
