환자자기평가도구(PROM: Patient Reported Outcome Measure) 는 환자 본인이 직접 자신의 증상, 기능, 삶의 질을 보고하는 표준화된 설문입니다. 분당서울대학교병원은 PROMs를 통해 치료 전후 변화를 체계적으로 파악하여 진료 의사결정과 치료 성과 평가에 반영합니다. 설문은 외래 방문 전후 또는 치료 단계에 맞춰 간단히 진행되며, 결과는 담당 의료진과 공유되어 환자 맞춤 진료에 활용됩니다.
Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) are standardized questionnaires through which patients directly report their own symptoms, functional status, and quality of life. At Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, PROMs are used to systematically assess changes before and after treatment, and to reflect these findings in clinical decision-making and outcome evaluation.
The questionnaires are administered simply before and after outpatient visits or at appropriate stages of treatment, and the results are shared with the attending physician to support personalized patient care.
